SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
We make every knitted garment on order. Production takes around 7-14 days from the time of your order until dispatch. If you need your sweater faster please get in touch with our service team to see what we can do.
All orders which are in stock, like the t-shirts, are processed within 2-3 business days.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES & SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- BENELUX: 2-3 days. Shipping costs are FREE
- Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark: 3-5 days. Shipping costs are FREE
- Rest of EUROPE: 5-10 days Shipping costs are € 10.-
- Rest of world: 5-10 days Shipping costs are € 12.50
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES.
Zonen van Thor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Zonen van Thor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURNS
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the garment.
Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging , without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS
- Send us an email, within 14 days of receiving your order, to service@zonenvanthor.nl. Let us know which item(s) you would like to return. Or if you want a replacement. You will receive a conformation and a return form per e-mail.
- Send your unused and undamaged item(s) and the original packaging back to us within 14 days.
- Fill in the provided return form and place it together with the items you want to return
- Seal the box securely.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery.
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
REFUND (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your return has been accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
